Yoga for beginners is a very Gentle class that highlights personal modifications and features integrating the mind, the body, the spirit, and the breathing. All within a safe and enjoyable environment. Yoga for Beginners is an excellent way to introduce your employees to this practice and as a result "to have a great productive work-week," as they will be more relaxed, motivated and focus.

All our classes are 45 minutes long. They have the same format as in a Traditional Vinyasa. The variations are depending on the level of the practice. People will still be challenged in the beginner's practice.
