Restorative Yoga is a practice that helps the person to go in a very deep state of relaxation while the body is opening, aligning & stretching through easy poses. We use props for every pose. These props will make you feel like you are floating. Through guided meditation, you will get in touch with your body, your breathing & your mind. This class is for everybody.
